These website terms govern use of the Massif 348 website. A signed charter agreement, audit engagement, carrier contract or other transaction-specific agreement controls where it conflicts with these website terms.

2. Charter requests
Submitting a request does not create a charter contract, reserve aircraft or obligate Massif 348 to arrange a flight. A charter is committed only when the applicable transaction documents are accepted by the relevant parties.
3. Operator contracts
The operator's agreement, air waybill, tariff and other applicable documents govern the carrier relationship. Massif 348 is not the air carrier.
4. Repositioning alerts
Lane registration is an alert service, not a schedule or availability guarantee. Any opportunity remains subject to operator availability, timing, cargo acceptance and written confirmation.
5. Freight audit
Audit services are subject to separate engagement terms. Any recovery estimate or benchmark shown on the website is illustrative. No recovery is guaranteed unless expressly stated in the applicable engagement.
6. Client information
You are responsible for accurate information you provide, including cargo descriptions, weights, dimensions, timing, dangerous-goods details and contact data.
7. Third-party services
Operators and other vendors are independent parties. Their own agreements and service terms govern their services.
8. No professional advice
Website content is not legal, tax, customs, regulatory, insurance or safety advice.
9. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Massif 348 is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from website use. Transaction-specific agreements may contain separate allocation-of-risk provisions.

11. Governing law
These website terms are intended to be governed by laws applicable to Massif 348 LLC's principal place of business, subject to mandatory law and any transaction-specific governing-law provision.
The definitive terms for a flight, audit engagement or other paid service are the documents actually executed or accepted for that transaction.
