Air cargo charter brokerage · ——:—— Z

Every hour it sits
costs you money.

A grounded aircraft runs into five figures an hour. A broken cold chain writes off the shipment. We source certificated aircraft against your ready-time and come back with what is actually available — not what we happen to have sitting empty.

Cargo lanes

Freight that fails if it waits

Six lanes, one desk. Each carries its own documentation, handling and operator requirements — and each one fails differently when it is rushed by someone who does not know them.

Hours, not days

AOG

Aircraft on ground. Engines, landing gear, rotables. Sourced against your ready-time, with the permit path checked before the quote goes out.

Primary lane

Pharma cold chain

Biologics, cell and gene therapy, clinical trial material and vaccines. Temperature-controlled ULDs and validated shippers sourced through operators equipped for them.

Outsize

Heavy medical equipment

Imaging systems, linear accelerators, laboratory and surgical installations. Loadability confirmed against door and floor limits, not assumed.

Regulated

Dangerous goods

Class-specific handling arranged with operators certificated for the class, with the shipper's declaration and packing requirements checked against the routing.

Rapid

Emergency response

Humanitarian relief, disaster supply and outbreak response. Sourcing where the constraint is often the airfield and the clearance rather than the aircraft.

Full charter

Full aircraft charter

Whole-aircraft moves where consolidation isn't an option — exclusivity, timing, or a payload that fills the deck on its own.

Alongside the charter

Services that attach to the move

Each of these sits next to a charter rather than replacing it, and each is arranged with the party who carries the obligation.

Permit & compliance

Overflight rights, landing permits, diplomatic clearances, PPR approvals and trip support arranged with the operator and the handling agents before the aircraft is committed.

Permits are held by the operator.

Freight bill audit

We review historical air freight invoices against contracted rates and surface what was overbilled. Contingency-based — you pay a share of what is recovered, and nothing if there is nothing to recover.

No recovery, no fee.

Secure asset charter

Fine art, precious metals, prototypes and controlled samples. We source the aircraft and introduce vetted security vendors, then coordinate the timeline across every party.

Custody, escort and chain-of-custody sit with the operator and the vendor under their own contracts with you. We sign the NDA.

How a request moves

Three steps. One contact. No relay.

01 / SOURCE

Load assessed, operators approached

Weight, dimensions, temperature range, hazard class and ready-time. We go to operators certificated for that cargo on that routing and come back with what is genuinely available.

02 / TERMS

Contract read before you sign it

Positioning, demurrage, fuel and de-icing exposure, cancellation and liability limits — set out plainly. Pricing stays indicative until the aircraft is confirmed in writing.

03 / COORDINATE

Every party on the same timeline

Operator, handling agents, ground providers and your team. Status comes from the operator's tracking and reaches you without you chasing four phone numbers.

How we work

An independent broker, by design

Massif 348 owns no aircraft, no warehouse and no trucks. There is no deck of our own to fill, so sourcing answers to your shipment and nothing else. Being clear about where our role ends is part of that.

What we do

  • Source and quote aircraft from certificated operators
  • Verify the operator's certificate, insurance and capability for your cargo
  • Set out contract terms and where the exposure sits
  • Introduce and coordinate ground, handling and security vendors
  • Keep the timeline moving across every party
  • Sign non-disclosure agreements on confidential moves

What we don't do

  • Operate aircraft or hold an air carrier certificate
  • Take possession of, store or escort your cargo
  • Issue the air waybill — the operator does
  • Ask for block-space or volume commitments
  • Mark up a vendor's service and call it ours
  • Quote a firm price before an aircraft is confirmed

Tell us what needs to move

Weight, dimensions, origin and destination, ready-time, and anything about the cargo that changes the aircraft — temperature range, hazard class, or dimensions that won't fit a standard door.
