Broker disclosure.
No ambiguity.
Massif 348 arranges air cargo charter as an independent broker. The certificated operator that performs the flight is responsible for the operation of the aircraft and the obligations assigned to it under its authority and applicable contract.
1. Our role
We identify and present potential certificated operators, communicate customer requirements, help coordinate commercial terms, and support the movement across the relevant parties.
2. What Massif does not do
- Own or operate aircraft.
- Hold an air carrier certificate for the carriage described on this site.
- Issue the operator's air waybill.
- Take custody of cargo unless separately agreed for a specific service.
- Guarantee aircraft availability before written operator confirmation.
3. Operator responsibility
The selected operator remains responsible for aircraft operation and carrier obligations arising under its operating authority and contract.
4. Pricing and availability
Website statements, verbal indications and preliminary quotes are not firm commitments. Availability, routing, permits, positioning, handling and other costs can change before written confirmation.
5. Ground and specialist services
Handlers, forwarders, customs brokers, security vendors, trucking providers and other counterparties remain responsible for their own services under their own agreements.
6. Cargo compliance
Shippers remain responsible for accurate cargo descriptions and required declarations. Dangerous goods, controlled commodities and other regulated cargo remain subject to applicable law, operator acceptance and handling requirements.
Before paying or signing, request the identity of the proposed operator and the applicable transaction documents. Massif will not represent that a carrier capability, authority or availability exists unless verified for the specific movement.
